Clean Panfish by removing Entrails and Head

Place single fish on Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Insert small butter patty inside of fish and season with little salt/pepper

Wrap in Foil Tightly and place alongside campfire coals (a previously place rock works best)

Cook for 2-4minutes and remove--unwrap and eat from foil.

My kids love this as they can do it themselves from about age 8---
