Wisconsin Winter Crusted Walleye Salmon Filet Parmesan Basil Pike

 

 

Parmesan Basil Pike

2lbs Northern Pike

1/2 Cup Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of 2 Lemons (approx 1/8 Cup)

1 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs

3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

1 T Basil Leaves (crushed)

Salt Pepper to Taste

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 350 and Grease a Cooking Dish

  2. Mix Oil and Lemon in Glass Bowl

  3. Mix Bread Crumbs, Cheese and Basil

  4. Dredge Fish in Oil Mix then Coat with Breading mix

  5. Place in Pan about 1" apart

  6. Bake 20 Min
