Wisconsin Winter Crusted Walleye Salmon Filet Parmesan Basil Pike

 

 

Wisconsin Winter (Ice Fisherman's) Lobster

This is a great and easy way to serve those Pike through the Ice--try this one for a Bowl Game or other Gathering

3Lbs Pike Fillets

Large Onion

1Tblsp Chesapeake Bay (or other) Crab/Shrimp Boil

1 Stick Butter

Boil Pike and Onion in Water seasoned with Crab Boil Seasoning for 5-7 min, remove from water and place in large bowl; Cover with melted butter and lightly season with little salt/butter to taste; serve while Hot.
